If Carlsberg made retreats, I wonder if it would have been as much fun as the one we had together!
I'm delighted to say we SOLD OUT the Retreat and a total of 13 Coaching Professionals came together to learn all about the Neuroscience of Coaching, Coaching Psychology and of course, because it's me - a little bit of Outdoors Coaching! Susan also shared with us a brilliant Values exercise that she had designed which I'm sure will make her famous!
I captured a few of the concluding comments made by our delegates which I thought would be nice to share...
I've just spent the most amazing four days at the wonderful Hawenden Mill at a coaching retreat run by Susan Richardson and Gary Buxton. It was such a relaxing, restorative and educational experience. Susan's venue, hosting skills and catering choices were first class. It was literally as if she had entered my mind and pulled out all my favourite foods, and it was delicious and plentiful. Gary's educational settings were brilliant and he is so generous with his sharing of his immense knowledge. The generosity of spirit of all my fellow coaches was wonderful and we bonded, supported, laughed and enjoyed each other's company immensely. I felt like I had made new friends as well as a support network. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Susan's and Gary's retreats for any coach who wants to invest in their body, mind and soul!
The fantastic teaching from Gary Buxton and superb hosting by Susan Richardson made this a wonderful coaching retreat. The accommodation, catering and beautiful rural setting made this a wonderful opportunity to learn, relax and network with fellow coaches.
Absolutely brilliant. This retreat was everything and more for my well-being and growth as a coach. Very special!
Fantastic host, education, location, venue, food, and people - combine them all together for 3 days and you have the perfect ingredients for a brilliant event. Susan and Gary were fabulous hosts for this retreat and I can highly recommend.
Wonderful 3 days - a time to slow down, relax and reflect, learn and loosen up, enjoy the beauty of nature and the warmth of mutual support.
What a great weekend. Such a beautiful setting and so well hosted by Susan and Gary with delicious food. It really set the environment for a great weekend of building relationships, gaining insight and reflections and learning new skills. Already looking forward to the next one!
The retreat was a wonderful opportunity for someone who works alone to connect with other coaches, to gain new insights from an inspirational coach, and have time in an amazing setting to reflect and focus on some self care.
New knowledge!!! Have made myself a knowledge organiser to help consolidate it all!
As is always the case, thanks for stopping by!
